It was raining pretty hard when Officer Tommi Jones Kelley pulled into a Houston-area gas station to fuel up her patrol car
It was less than two weeks since one of Kelley's fellow officers — Darren Goforth, a 10-year veteran of the force — was gunned down at a similar gas station in Harris County, in which Houston is located. The shooting has shaken local as well as national law enforcement as part of a recent series of attacks on police officers
So when local teenager Mckinley Zoellner pulled in, he saw an opportunity to show some support
